1. In the dashboard, click Reports > Meals Sold Report.

2. Choose the start and end dates to view a detailed list of all meals sold during the selected timeframe.

3. Click on Show/Hide Columns to access various filter options. The report generates in real-time and exports directly to Excel or PDF (optional).

Enhancement (Version 2025.2.1): Meals Sold Report

The latest update expands the Meals Sold Report to offer a more comprehensive view of meal activity across facilities. Previously limited to just Resident Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, the report now reflects a broader set of meal types.

  • Displays all available meal items, not just core resident meals.
  • Improves visibility into meal distribution and variety.
  • Enhances reporting accuracy for operations and dietary tracking.
