This guide will show how to use the ServingIntel Cloud Control platform. Run through the steps below to get started!

Overview


ServingIntel Cloud Control is a cloud-based platform that provides a complete solution for Sales Item Management, Loyalty Management and Team Member Management.

Pre-Requisites

Before using this guide, the following should be met first:

1) Any of the following roles should be granted to the user or fulfilled first before using ServingIntel Cloud Control:

a. Store Admin
b. Store User

2) Login credentials are given.

3) The following system applications and requirements are installed:

Set Up Menu Names

1. Go to “Profile” > “Site Settings.”

2. Scroll down to the “System Settings” section and select “Menu Names.”

3. Use the dropdown menu to choose the “Revenue Name.”

4. Enter the “Menu Name” in the provided textbox.

5. Use the dropdown menu to select the “Item Name.”

6. Click on the clock icon to set the “Start Time” and “End Time.” Once finished, click the “Save Menu Name” button.

7. With the recent update, you can check the eCommerce Enabled option, then save the changes.

New Feature: eKiosk Filter by Menu Name

Version: 2025.1.1 introduces a new filter under Site Settings > Menu Names, called eKiosk Enabled.

eKiosk Enabled: A filter that allows you to manage and enable the eKiosk functionality for your menu settings.
