Overview

ServingIntel Cloud Control is a cloud-based platform that provides a complete solution for Sales Item Management, Loyalty Management and Team Member Management.

Pre-Requisites

Before using this guide, the following should be met first:

1) Any of the following roles should be granted to the user or fulfilled first before using ServingIntel Cloud Control:

1. Go to “Profile” > “Site Settings.”

2. Proceed to “Meal Plan Management” and select “Meal Cycles.”

3. Click on the “Create Menu Cycle” button.

4. Provide the following details:

  • Cycle Name: The name assigned to a specific meal cycle or plan.
  • Start Date: The date when the meal cycle begins.
  • Number of Weeks: The duration of the meal cycle in weeks.
  • Reset Start Date: The date when the meal cycle resets or restarts.
  • Under Revenue Center: The area within the business where sales are tracked.
  • Under Serving Period: The time frame for meal or service provision.

Under Revenue Center, select and check the box.

Under Serving Period, select and check the box.

5. After completing the above, click the “Save Changes” button.
