Overview

ServingIntel Cloud Control is a cloud-based platform that provides a complete solution for Sales Item Management, Loyalty Management and Team Member Management.

Pre-Requisites

Before using this guide, the following should be met first:

1) Any of the following roles should be granted to the user or fulfilled first before using ServingIntel Cloud Control:

a. Store Admin
b. Store User

Set Up eConnect Settings

1. Access the SICC dashboard and navigate to “Profile” > “Site Settings.”

2. Proceed to the “eCommerce” section and select “eConnect Settings.”

3. The eCommerce table will be visible on the screen.

4. To export the table, click on the “Export Menu” button. Click on the “Print Sample Order” button to print a sample order.

New Feature: Push Updates in eConnect

Any changes made to Menu Items Information are automatically reflected in eConnect. However, newly added details require a manual update using the Push Updates in eConnect button to sync properly within the system.

New Feature: Enabled eConnect

eConnect is now enabled to ensure seamless synchronization of data across the system. This enhancement allows real-time updates whenever changes are made, keeping information accurate and up to date.

With this update, any modifications within the system are automatically reflected in eConnect.

Steps to Check:

  1. Go to Menu > Menu Item Information and select an item to edit.

2. Open Advanced Options tab and check if Enabled eConnect is selected, then Update.
