This guide will show how to use the ServingIntel Cloud Control platform. Run through the steps below to get started!

Overview


ServingIntel Cloud Control is a cloud-based platform that provides a complete solution for Sales Item Management, Loyalty Management and Team Member Management.

Pre-Requisites

Before using this guide, the following should be met first:

1) Any of the following roles should be granted to the user or fulfilled first before using ServingIntel Cloud Control:

a. Store Admin
b. Store User

2) Login credentials are given.

3) The following system applications and requirements are installed:

1. Go to the Reports section and select “Item Sales Report.”

2. Enter the following information:

  • Department/Sales Categories: Select either department or sales categories in the dropdown list.
  • Start and End Date: Select the start and end dates to specify the report period.
  • Start and End Time: Select the start and end times to specify the report period.

3. Select the ‘Search’ button.

4. The Item Sales Report table will be displayed with the requested information.

Note:

  • To save the file as a PDF, click the Export to PDF button.
  • To save the file as an Excel document, click the Export to Excel button.

5. You can also filter by Revenue. Click Show/Hide Columns and check Revenue Center.

6. Also, ensure you review the Department /Sales Categories to apply the appropriate filters by category or sales. Then, click Search.

New Feature: Item Sales Report – Full Export Capability

Version: 2025.1.7 introduces an enhancement to the Item Sales Report export functionality. Previously, exports were limited to 50 or 100 records per page, requiring multiple exports for large datasets. This update removes that restriction, allowing you to export all records in one go—streamlining data access and reporting efficiency.

Steps to Access:

  • Go to Reports > Item Sales Report.
  • Run your report as usual and click Export.
  • All results, regardless of size, will now be included in a single export file.
