This guide will show how to use the ServingIntel Cloud Control platform. Run through the steps below to get started!

Overview


ServingIntel Cloud Control is a cloud-based platform that provides a complete solution for Sales Item Management, Loyalty Management and Team Member Management.

Pre-Requisites

Before using this guide, the following should be met first:

1) Any of the following roles should be granted to the user or fulfilled first before using ServingIntel Cloud Control:

a. Store Admin
b. Store User

2) Login credentials are given.

3) The following system applications and requirements are installed:

Configuring Meal Plans

1. Access the ServingIntel Cloud and navigate to Site Settings.

2. In the Meal Plan Management section, choose Meal Plan Definition.

3. Click on the “Add Meal Plan Definition” button.

4. Provide the Meal Plan Name and Description.

Meal plan types options explained:

  • Declining – This meal plan indicates a declining dollar balance amount.
  • Inclining– This meal plan indicates an inclining dollar balance amount. also referred to as direct billing charges.
  • Points – This meal plan indicates the inclusion of a point or meal count based component.
  • Other– Used for custom purposes only, not commonly used.

5. Select the relevant Meal Plan Types.

6. Customize the definition as needed based on the selected Meal Plan Type(s).

7. Save your changes by clicking the “Save Changes” button.

8. To review the added Meal Plans, click on the “Grid View” button.
