Overview

Overview

The Resident Attendance Dashboard section provides a quick attendance summary of active residents directly from the main dashboard. It shows how many residents have been served (Attended) and how many have not (Absent) for a selected date, using the same logic as the Attendance Report.

1. Accessing the Resident Attendance Section

From the main Sales Dashboard, scroll down to locate the Resident Attendance section. It is displayed above the Recent Transactions section.

2. Selecting a Date

At the center of the Resident Attendance section, click the date picker to select the date you want to view attendance for. The tally counts will automatically update to reflect attendance data for the selected date.

3. Viewing the Attendance Tally

After selecting a date, the Resident Attendance section displays two counts:

  • Attended: The number of active residents who have at least one recorded sale on the selected date.
  • Absent: The number of active residents with no recorded sales on the selected date.

Only active residents are included in the tally. Inactive or archived residents are not counted.

Date PickerA control at the center of the Resident Attendance section used to select the date for attendance data.
Active ResidentA resident with an active status in the system. Only active residents are included in the attendance tally.
Recent TransactionsAn existing dashboard section displaying the latest sales transactions, located directly below the Resident Attendance section.
Attendance ReportAn existing ServingIntel report that uses the same attendance logic applied in the Resident Attendance dashboard section.
