
SI Cloud Control (SICC)
This guide will show how to use the ServingIntel Cloud Control platform. Run through the steps below to get started!
Overview
ServingIntel Cloud Control is a cloud-based platform that provides a complete solution for Sales Item Management, Loyalty Management and Team Member Management.
Pre-Requisites
Before using this guide, the following should be met first:
1) Any of the following roles should be granted to the user or fulfilled first before using ServingIntel Cloud Control:
a. Store Admin
b. Store User
2) Login credentials are given.

Managing Meal Plans

1. Go to the “People” option on the Servingintel Cloud Control Menu bar.
2. Locate the resident’s name either by scanning the table or using the search bar.
3. Click the “Edit” icon (depicted as a squared pencil) in the Action column of the selected item’s row.

4. Proceed to the “Resident” tab to access the Resident Meal Plan.
5. Modify the specified details for the resident’s meal plan, which include:
- Meal Plan: The type of meal plan assigned to the resident.
- Meal Count: The number of meals allocated or remaining for the resident.
- Admit Date: The date the resident was enrolled in the system.
- Balance Adjustment – Adjustment Amount: The maximum allowable credit for transactions.
Once done, click the “Update” button to save the changes.


Update Meal Plans:
1. Search for the resident’s name by scrolling through the list or typing it into the search field.
2. Click the pencil icon in the Action column of the corresponding row to update the resident’s details.

3. Proceed to the “Resident” tab to review the Resident Meal Plan.
4. Make the necessary updates for the resident’s meal plan. Click the “Update” button to save the changes.
