New Feature: Audit Report for Cancelled Sales, Voids, Comps, and Discounts

Version: 2025.1.4 introduces a new Audit Report that provides detailed tracking of cancelled sales, voids, comps, and discounts. This report helps ensure transparency and accountability in transactions by allowing you to review and export audit data efficiently.

How to Access the Audit Report:

1. Go to Reports and select Audit Report.

2. Choose the start and end date, Revenue Center, and Meal Type, then click Search.

3. The audit report now includes detailed tracking of Cancelled sales. After generating the report, you can export it as a PDF or Excel file for further review.

New Feature (Version 2025.1.5): Audit Report – Gratuity

The Audit Report now includes gratuity details, enhancing transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Updates:

  • Added “Gratuity” after “Discount” in the Show/Hide Columns.
  • Integrated Sale.GratuityAmount into the GridView for on-screen display.
  • Enabled gratuity data export in PDF and Excel reports.
  • Included gratuity details in CheckNumber records.

How to Access:

Go to Reports > Audit Report to view gratuity information.

You can also export the report in PDF or Excel format.

Enhancement (Version 2025.2.4): Reporting – Add Select All for All Checkboxes

This update improves report filtering by adding a Select All option for checkboxes, making it quicker and easier to manage multiple selections.
