This guide will show how to use the ServingIntel Cloud Control platform. Run through the steps below to get started!
Overview
ServingIntel Cloud Control is a cloud-based platform that provides a complete solution for Sales Item Management, Loyalty Management and Team Member Management.
Pre-Requisites
Before using this guide, the following should be met first:
1) Any of the following roles should be granted to the user or fulfilled first before using ServingIntel Cloud Control:
a. Store Admin
b. Store User
2) Login credentials are given.

1. Go to Menu > Menu Item Information.
2. Locate the item to be deleted by either browsing through the “Menu Items Information” table or utilizing the Search Bar.

3. On the row corresponding to the selected item, click the “Trashbin” icon located in the Action column.
A status message will be displayed. Once the system has completed this process, the user will be redirected to the “Update Menu Item” page for further edits.

4. When prompted to confirm the removal of the item in a pop-up window, select “Yes.”
A status window will appear. Once the system has finished the process of removing the item, a success message will be displayed, and the item will no longer be visible in the “Menu Items Information” table.

New Feature: Enhanced Item Export
With version 2025.1.1, the Export to Excel feature is now available. You can now export items information (such as Name, Description, Category, POS Price, etc.) included under the “Show/Hide Columns” menu, regardless of whether they are selected or not.

New Feature: Multi-Item Deletion in Menu Item Information
With version 2025.1.3, The multi-item selection for deletion feature is now available. You can now select multiple items under Menu Item Details and delete them using the Delete Items button, streamlining the management of your menu entries.

New Feature: Menu Item – Changes
Version: 2025.3.1 introduces updates to Menu Item management, allowing users to manage and delete multiple items more efficiently.
Highlights:
- Under Menu Items Information, click Status to view all items marked as Active or Inactive
- Toggle Item Management to switch between Active and Inactive states

- Select multiple items, modifiers, or modifier groups.

- Use Delete or Delete All (only available when items are Inactive)
