Overview

ServingIntel Cloud Control is a cloud-based platform that provides a complete solution for Sales Item Management, Loyalty Management and Team Member Management.

Pre-Requisites

Before using this guide, the following should be met first:

1) Any of the following roles should be granted to the user or fulfilled first before using ServingIntel Cloud Control:

Enable/Disable Items from SICC to Hospitality Site

1. Access the SICC Menu bar and select Menu > Menu Item Information.
2. Use the search bar to locate the specific item.

3. In the displayed results (presented in a table format), click on the Edit icon corresponding to the selected item.

4. Navigate to the Web tab.

5. Activate the “Show Item in eCommerce” checkbox.


Note:

  • If “Show Item in eCommerce” is enabled in SICC, the item will be displayed on the Hospitality site.
  • If “Show Item in eCommerce” is disabled in SICC, the item will be removed from the Hospitality site.

6. Click the Update button to save the changes made to the item.

7. Verify the item’s status on the Hospitality site.

New Feature: Enhanced Item Export

With Version 2025.1.1, the Export to Excel feature is now available. You can now export items information (such as Name, Description, Category, POS Price, etc.) included under the “Show/Hide Columns” menu, regardless of whether they are selected or not.
