New Feature: Time Clock Report

Version: 2025.1.3 introduces a new Time Clock Report to help you manage payroll more easily. This report lets you export employee tips for a selected date range, making payroll calculations simpler.

Additional features include:

  • Easy Export: Download a report of employee tips for your payroll records.
  • Organized Reports: CSV files are neatly formatted for easy viewing.
  • Income Overview: See total income from hourly wages and adjust as needed.
  • Wage Adjustments: Transfer wages between employees for accurate records.
  • Clock In/Out Tracking: View and adjust clock-in and clock-out times for employees.

New Changes:

  • Clearer Focus: Removed all mentions of “attendance” to simplify the report.
  • Updated Column Names:
    • Clock In (previously Time In)
    • Clock Out (previously Time Out)
    • Credit Card Tips (previously Tips)
  • Total Tips Summation Line: Shows the combined total of all tips when exporting to Excel or PDF.
  • Simplified Report: Removed columns for Hourly Rate and Total Income for a cleaner layout.
