New Feature: Resident Attendance Report

Version: 2025.1.5 introduces the Resident Attendance Report, a new feature that tracks resident attendance during serving periods. This report highlights customers who missed a serving period (Absent) while providing key attendance details.

Additional features include:

  • Serving Period Tracking: Identify absences for specific serving periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.).
  • Revenue Center Selection: Filter attendance by revenue center for accurate reporting.
  • Customer Details: View key customer data, including name and date.

Attendance Categories:

  • In-Attendance: Customers who are active and assigned to a sale for the selected day.
  • Absent: Customers who are active but not assigned to a sale for the selected day.

This feature enhances attendance monitoring, making it easier to track meal participation.

Accessing the Resident Attendance Report

  1. Under Reports, select Resident Attendance Report.

2. Enter the required details, then click Search to generate the report.

Enhancement: Resident Attendance Report (Multi-select Serving Period)

The Resident Attendance Report now supports a Multi-select Serving Period filter, allowing you to view attendance data across multiple serving periods simultaneously. This replaces the previous single-select dropdown and follows the same design as the Meal Plan filter in the Transaction Report.

1. Accessing the Resident Attendance Report

From the Sales Dashboard, navigate to the Reports section and click Resident Attendance Report.

2. Using the Serving Period Filter

At the top of the Resident Attendance Report, locate the Serving Period filter. Click on it to open the multi-select dropdown. The available options are:

  • Breakfast: Filters the report to include attendance records during the Breakfast serving period.
  • Lunch: Filters the report to include attendance records during the Lunch serving period.
  • Dinner: Filters the report to include attendance records during the Dinner serving period.

By default, all serving periods are selected when no specific selection is made.

3. Viewing Filtered Results

Once your serving period selections are made, the report grid automatically updates to display attendance data only for the selected periods. The grid shows resident attendance records filtered by the chosen serving periods, allowing you to compare attendance across multiple mealtimes in a single view.
