Overview


ServingIntel Cloud Control is a cloud-based platform that provides a complete solution for Sales Item Management, Loyalty Management and Team Member Management.

Pre-Requisites

Before using this guide, the following should be met first:

1) Any of the following roles should be granted to the user or fulfilled first before using ServingIntel Cloud Control:

a. Store Admin
b. Store User

2) Login credentials are given.

3) The following system applications and requirements are installed:

1. Go to Site Settings > System Settings > Order Type. Then, click Add Order Type to add new data.

2. Enter the following info:

  • Order Type
  • Forgive Tax
  • Order Type Fee
  • Store Charge Eligibility (check/uncheck)

Then, click Save.

3. To check the newly added order type, click the Grid View.

New Feature: Default Order Type

Under version 2025.1.3, the default order type feature is now available. You can now select a default order type within Service Profile using a drop-down menu, ensuring consistency across orders.
