Pre-Requisites

Before using this guide, the following should be met first:

1. Go to the Profile section and choose “Site Settings.”

2. Scroll down to System Settings, click on “Gift Card” and then click “Add Gift Card” button.

3. Fill in the following details:

  • Gift Card Type: Category of the gift card (e.g., physical, digital).
  • Gift Card Number: Unique identifier for the gift card.
  • Issue Date: Date when the gift card was issued.
  • Expiration Date: Date after which the gift card is no longer valid.
  • Balance Amount: Current available balance on the gift card.
  • Redemption Amount: Amount deducted from the gift card during a transaction.

Then, click the “Save” button to continue.
