Overview
ServingIntel Cloud Control is a cloud-based platform that provides a complete solution for Sales Item Management, Loyalty Management and Team Member Management.
Pre-Requisites
Before using this guide, the following should be met first:
1) Any of the following roles should be granted to the user or fulfilled first before using ServingIntel Cloud Control:

1. Go to “Profile” > “Site Settings.”

2. Scroll down to the “System Settings” section and select “Sales Tax.”
3. Click on the “Add Tax” button and input the desired Tax Name and NoTax Under values.
4. Select the appropriate Tax Type by choosing the corresponding radio button.
5. Enable the desired Tax conditions by checking the corresponding checkboxes.
