Overview

Pre-Requisites

Before using this guide, the following should be met first:

1) Any of the following roles should be granted to the user or fulfilled first before using ServingIntel Cloud Control:

Sort Items on the eCommerce Site from SICC

1. Access SICC’s Menu bar and select Menu > Menu Item Information.

2. Utilize the search bar to locate the specific item.

3. In the displayed results, presented in a table format, click on the Edit icon (represented by a squared pencil) in the Action column for the selected item’s row.

4. Go to the Web tab.

5. Enter a text message for “Item Placement Number.”

Note:

  • Setting this field to “0” will place the item at the bottom of the list in the eCommerce site.
  • Setting this field to “1” will place the item at the top of the list in the eCommerce site.
  • If there are multiple items with the same value, they will be placed alphabetically in the eCommerce site.

6. Click the Update button to save the changes made to the item.

7. Check the eCommerce site. The item set to “1” will be positioned at the top of the list.

New Feature: Export Data to Excel

With Version 2025.1.1, a new feature was added under Menu Item Information, labeled “Export Data to Excel.”

  • Export Data to Excel: This functionality allows you to export Items, including all Item Columns (such as Name, Description, Category, POS Price, etc.), from the Show/Hide Columns menu, regardless of whether they are selected or not.
