1. Go to the “People” option on the Servingintel Cloud Control Menu bar.
2. Locate the resident’s name either by scanning the table or using the search bar.
3. Click the “Edit” icon (depicted as a squared pencil) in the Action column of the selected item’s row.
4. Proceed to the “Resident” tab to access the Resident Meal Plan.
5. Modify the specified details for the resident’s meal plan as highlighted:
- Balance Adjustment: A manual change made to correct or update an account balance.
- Meal Plan Balance: The current number of meals or credits available in a meal plan.
- Balance Billable: The portion of the balance that can be billed to an account or payer.
- Adjustment Amount: The specific value added or subtracted during a balance adjustment.
- Adjustment Date: The date when a balance adjustment was made.
- Adjustment Time: The time when a balance adjustment was recorded.
- Admit Date: The date when a user was officially added to the system or facility.
- Meal Plan: A set number of meals or credits assigned to a user over a given period.
Once done, click the “Update” button to save the changes.
