Fixed an issue where the Today’s Sales Dashboard element was clickable and displaying a feature still in development.
Bug 8123: Daily Performance Report General Fixes (Unmapped Category & Gift Card Under Sales Section)
- Resolved the Daily Performance Report showing an “UNMAPPED” category that interfered with total sales.

Bug 8163: Duplicate Elements in People Group Page

User Story 7798: Customer Statement Account
File export options have been added to the Customer Statement Account report, allowing multiple reports to be generated at once.

- The Group Discount section under Payments has been removed.
- Revenue Center checkboxes have been added as an option for Payment records.
- Dedicated Select All checkboxes are now available for Meal Plans and Revenue Centers.
User Story 8044: Customer Account Statement Report Meal Plan Utilization Feature
- A new Meal Plan Utilization section has been added to the Customer Account Statement report.
- Displays a breakdown of a customer’s meal plan usage for the current meal plan cycle.

Bug 8062: Unable to Update Item Availability for Certain Items
Corrected an issue where the Availability value under the Advanced Options tab for certain menu items was not updating as expected.
Bug 8064: Unable to Rearrange POS Parent Modifiers
Adjusted functionality so that POS parent modifiers can now be rearranged properly.
Bug 8079: Filter Transaction Report Data Using End Date Only
Updated the handling of referenced date filters across reports to prevent sales records from being excluded incorrectly.
Bug 8094: Daily Performance Report PDF Export Not Working
Fixed an issue where the PDF Export button for the Daily Performance Report was not prompting a file download.
Bug 8103: Transaction Report Guest Check Missing Seat Number
Addressed formatting inconsistencies where seat numbers were not appearing correctly on certain guest checks in the Transaction Report.
Bug 8128: People Update Indefinite Loading Bug
Fixed People update getting stuck on the loading screen indefinitely when a charge type value wasn’t selected.

User Story 7709: Barcode For Label Printing From SICC
Added label printing integration with Zebra ZD421 203 dpi Direct Thermal Printer.
- Labels can be printed directly from the item management page.
- A “Scan Now” button on the kiosk allows barcode scanning to add items to guest checks.
- Labels include item name, description, price, barcode, community name, and venue name.
- No new permissions required, available to all users with item management access.

User Story 7970: SIC Logs Enhancement
An Action column has been added to the Logs table for improved monitoring, and the StoreName column now displays the accurate store name for the associated site ID.

- Fixed an issue where the People Info PDF Export function would generate faulty pdf files for download

Fixed issue where meal plan updates created duplicate entries and did not properly reflect the MultiplyMealCountByDaysOfTheMonth setting. Updates included:
- Added site-scoped queries to ensure operations affect only the current site
- Extended the data model to include SIC_SiteID for site-specific records

Resolved issue where updates to Service Profiles required multiple attempts before changes took effect.
Bug 7840: People GridView Icon Format Issue
Fixed issue where only Edit and Delete icons should appear in the GridView but were not properly displaying.
Bug 7853: Applying Update to Discount in Menu Item Information
Resolved issue where applying a discount to a menu item showed as saved but did not reflect on the item upon return.
Bug 7856: eCommerce Order Time Settings Order Type Issue
Fixed issue where Order Type options were missing in the dropdown when adding or editing eCommerce Order Time Settings.
Bug 7877: Item Group Edit Printing Devices
Resolved issue where printer devices under Group Edit were not matching the configuration devices in Site Settings.

Bug 7697: Auto Gratuity’s Order Type Issue
Resolved a mapping issue between SIC_AutoGratuity.OrderTypeID and DinePointOrderType.OrderTypeIndex. The correct Order Type is now reflected when adding or editing Auto Gratuity.
Bug 7741: DPR – Order Type – Show and Dollar/Unit Issue
Fixed display issues in the Daily Performance Report where the Order Type Summary was not showing under Payments. Total Count and Total Sales now correctly match the totals in Service Fee.
Bug 7768: Page Permission Issue
Resolved incorrect page permissions for Site Admin accounts. Setup Permissions now properly control access to Reports, Menu Items, and People Page without triggering 404 errors.
Bug 7777: Order Printer Configuration Device Issue
Fixed an issue that prevented users from creating Configuration Devices using POS Device, Receipt Printer, or EMV. Device creation now works across all device types.
Bug 7784: Group Edit Function Issue
Fixed a problem where the Group Edit function failed after selecting a Sales Category. The update now saves successfully without getting stuck on the loading screen.
Bug 7791: Receipt Description Not Populating on Import
Resolved an import issue where Receipt Descriptions were not populating for newly imported items. The mapping logic has been corrected to use the appropriate Receipt Description field.
Bug 7800: Department Update Issue
Fixed a sync issue where department updates in one site reflected across unrelated sites. Updates now apply only to the selected site, maintaining data separation.
Bug 7802: Guest CheckNumber – AutoFlow Discount Issue
Fixed a display issue in Transaction Reports where AutoFlow Discounts were not showing.
Bug 7809: Account Creation Issue
Resolved an error loading the Site Settings page during profile access.
Bug 7825: People Inactive Issue
Fixed an issue where the Is Active checkbox was not displaying correctly in customer profiles. It now accurately reflects the customer’s status.

Bug 7592: User Logins Issue
Resolved issue where newly created Login IDs could not log in. The Change Password screen now appears as expected, and users can proceed to log in successfully.
Bug 7661: People Employee Issue
Fixed multiple issues affecting employee records:
- “Is Customer” and “Is Active” checkboxes are now editable for employees.
- PeopleType no longer resets from “Customer, Employee” to just “Customer” after editing.
- Newly created employees now correctly appear under “Active” status in the Grid view.
Bug 7669: Item Group Edit – Attributes Menu Name Not Displaying
Fixed issue where the Menu Name column under Attributes in Group Edit did not display any values. Menu Name values now load correctly and can be enabled for selection.
Bug 7670: Rename “Site Profiles” to “Service Profiles”
Renamed “Site Profiles” to “Service Profiles” in Site Settings.
- Added “Do Not Prompt for a Meal Plan” and “Order Types” fields when adding a Job Code.
- These fields now display when editing an existing Job Code.
Bug 7672: Payments Auto Flow Issue
Fixed the Autoflow tab issue in the Payments section.
- “Create a new Group Discount Name” is now available under the Autoflow tab.

User Story 7330: SICC User Permissions
User permissions tied to employee records have been enhanced. Site Admins and Super Admins can now manage setup and report access directly through the user profile.
User Story 7488: Enhancement to Meals Sold Report
The Meals Sold Report has been enhanced to include all available meal items configured in the system, expanding beyond just Resident Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
User Story 7560: Transaction Report – Autoflow Discount
The Transaction Report has been enhanced to include “Autoflow Discount” in the main grid, as well as in the PDF and Excel exports.
- This information is also now visible in the Guest Check Number details
User Story 7589: Tips Report – Gratuity Amount
The Tips Report has been enhanced to include the Gratuity Amount field from the Sale record.
- This allows users to view total sales alongside gratuity amounts directly within the report
User Story 7590: Transaction Report – Address1 & Meal Plan for Reset
Added Customer Address1 to PDF and Excel exports. Updated Meal Plan logic for resets based on Charge Type and Description.
User Story 7600: Auto Gratuity – Additional Changes
Added new control to System Settings to manage auto gratuity calculation. Administrators can now choose between two calculation methods using the new GratCalculationMethod column.

Bug 7486: Enabling Meal Points Issue MI QA
Fixed issue where enabling “Meal Points” in the Advanced Options tab was not updating correctly.
Bug 7559: Duplicate Entry of Adjustment
Resolved issue causing duplicate reset entries to appear as adjustments in the Customer Account Statement report.
Bug 7567: TimePicker Interface Not Displaying Properly in Customer Account Statements
Fixed display issue in the TimePicker control on the Customer Account Statements page. Hour and minute values are now clearly shown when using the spinner.
Bug 7584: Menu Item Information – Advanced Options Save Issue
Fixed a validation issue that blocked saving changes in the Advanced Options tab.
- Meal Points now validated only when enabled.
- Improved input handling and streamlined validation logic for consistent saving.
User Story 7585: People IsActive Issue
Fixed issue where the IsActive checkbox was incorrectly displayed as selected for a specific customer record.
User Story 7591: People – Balance Format
Fixed formatting issue where balance was displayed in dollar value on the Finance tab but missing from PDF and Excel exports. Balance field now included in both exports.
Bug 7641: Menu Item Information – Meal Points Zero Value Issue
Fixed issue preventing Meal Points from accepting a value of 0 in Advanced Options.
- Updated validation logic to allow zero (0) as a valid entry and display an appropriate message.
- Resolved SQL identity handling issue to ensure updates save correctly.
Bug 7643: Transaction Guest Check – Total Issue
Fixed calculation in Guest Check Details to exclude Tips from the Total.

User Story 7534: Item Sales Report – Export Should Contain All Records
The export function for the Item Sales Report now includes all records, not just those visible on-screen. Users can export the full dataset in Excel or PDF, ensuring complete and accurate reporting.
- Export logic updated to capture all data regardless of pagination
- Output now reflects the entire report, not just the viewed page
- Format improvements include proper headers and refined layout
Also, UI enhancements have resolved issues with scroll bars, filtering, and pagination for a smoother user experience.
User Story 7538: SICC Transaction Report – Guest Check Number
The Guest Check layout has been enhanced for improved clarity in the Check Number Details section.
- Prices under the Payment Method section are now right-aligned
- Formatting now matches other monetary fields for visual consistency

Bug 7344: SICC Sales Dashboard API Connection
Resolved an issue where the Sales Trend Yearly chart failed to load due to an API connection error. The dashboard now displays the yearly sales trend data as expected.
Bug 7490: People Payer ID Editable
Resolved an issue preventing the Payer ID field from being editable in the Resident tab of the People Info section.
- Users can now successfully input and update the Payer ID for resident customer profiles.
Bug 7499: Unable to Export DPR to PDF or Excel
Fixed an issue where the Daily Performance Report could not be exported to Excel or PDF.
Bug 7518: People Group – Payer ID
Corrected an issue where the Payer ID was not being properly assigned based on People Group hierarchy.
- Now, the PRIMARY account holder’s Billing ID is used as the Payer ID for all associated members within the group.

- Users can export the report to Excel and PDF with the correct title formatting.
