1. Go to “People”, then “People Info.”

2. Choose “Add New.”

3. Select “Customer” as the user type. Fill out all details, then click “Save Changes.”

4. Once you see the newly created customer account, click the edit button.

5. Under People Information, go to the Resident tab.

6. Scroll down and verify if there’s a meal plan assigned. Then, click “Update.”

7. Next, go to the “Attributes” tab, and verify if the customer has restrictions toward specific allergens. Then, click “Update.”

With the new version 24.11.5.1 update, you can now check the customer transaction activities and finance.

8. Open the “Transaction Activity” tab. Select the start and end dates or filter using the Date Range option, then click Search. The system generates all transaction activities within the selected timeframe.

The records will show here if any are available.

9. Next, click on the Finance tab to check or update Credit Limit, Available Credit, and Running Balance.

  • Credit Limit: The maximum amount of credit assigned to an account.
  • Available Credit: The remaining credit balance after current usage.
  • Running Balance: The ongoing total of all transactions on the account.

Then, click Update to save the changes.
