1. Go to “People”, then “People Group.”
2. Choose “Add New.”
3. Enter a “Group Name,” then search for and select the names you wish to add from the “People Associate” list. Click “Add People” and then “Save Changes.”
4. From the list of names you’ve added, choose who you want to set as “Primary.” Then click “Save Changes.”
5. To confirm that a “Payer ID” has been assigned to the primary, go to “People ” and then select “People Info.”
6.Enter the name you’ve set as primary in the search field and click “Search People.”
7. Click the edit button.
8. Go to the “Resident tab”. Ensure the “Payer ID” is shown, and that the “Group Name” and “Group Status” are updated correctly.
9. Repeat the same process for the other member. Enter the name in the search bar and click “Search People”. When you see the right name, click the “edit” button.
10. Go to the “Resident” tab. The “Group Name,” “Group Status,” and “Payer ID” should reflect the correct info.
Note: The Payer ID field should show the primary person’s Payer ID number.
