This guide will show how to use the ServingIntel Cloud Control platform. Run through the steps below to get started!

Overview


ServingIntel Cloud Control is a cloud-based platform that provides a complete solution for Sales Item Management, Loyalty Management and Team Member Management.

Pre-Requisites

Before using this guide, the following should be met first:

1) Any of the following roles should be granted to the user or fulfilled first before using ServingIntel Cloud Control:

a. Store Admin
b. Store User

2) Login credentials are given.

3) The following system applications and requirements are installed:

1. In ServingIntel Cloud Control, navigate to Menu > Menu Item Information.

2. Choose an item from the table, and then click the Edit button in the action column.

3. Move to the General tab. Update the Web Item Name, then click the Update Menu Item button to apply the changes.

1. Access ServingIntel Cloud Control’s Menu bar and select Menu > Menu Item Information.

2. Utilize the search bar to locate the specific item.

3. In the displayed results, presented in a table format, click on the Edit icon corresponding to the selected item.

4. Navigate to the Web tab.

5. Activate the “Available For Sale” checkbox.
Note:
– If this checkbox is already ticked by default, the item is currently enabled and visible on the Hospitality site.
– If the checkbox is unticked by default, the item is presently hidden and not displayed on the Hospitality site.

6. Click the Update Menu Item button to save the changes made to the item.
Note:
– If “Display Item” is enabled in ServingIntel Cloud Control, the item will be displayed on the Hospitality site.
– If “Display Item” is disabled in ServingIntel Cloud Control, the item will be removed from the Hospitality site.

7. Verify the item’s status on the Hospitality site.
Note:
– If “Available For Sale” is enabled in ServingIntel Cloud Control, the item will be displayed on the Hospitality site.
– If “Available For Sale” is disabled in ServingIntel Cloud Control, the item will be removed from the Hospitality site. If “Display Item” is disabled in SIC, the item will be removed from the Hospitality site.
