1. Select an item.
2. Go to Manager. Select the item you want to apply a discount to, then click Apply Discount.
3. Choose Open Percent for the discount type.
4. Click Percentage, enter the discount amount, and then click Done.
5. After, click OK. If an item does not qualify for a discount, there should be an alert pop-up saying, “Item is not eligible for the selected discount.”
