1. Type the resident’s name or customer number in the search bar.
2. If the correct resident is found, click “Yes, proceed!”
3. Choose “Order Now,” “Order Today,” or “Order Tomorrow.”
4. Choose whether the order is for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
5. Select the items to order from the beverages, entrees, desserts, and/or extras options.
6. Change the quantity to add more if needed.
7. Click “Add to Check” to add the items to the order.
8. Review the resident’s allergy information to ensure safety.
9. Go to the order summary.
10. Select the room or table number from the drop-down menu.
11. Add any special instructions for the kitchen if necessary.
12. Ensure all details are correct (unit price, quantity, total price, description, and total).
13. Click “Submit Order” to complete.
