The setup process is explained in detail, and the required information for onboarding will be gathered. By purchasing and using the services, you agree to the terms of the Agreement. Updates to the Terms and Conditions will be sent via email.

Onboarding Overview of eCommerce

We are gathering information to ensure we provide accurate data for your eCommerce site. After onboarding is complete, our programming administrator will email you with updates on the project’s progress.

Once all the necessary information is collected, we will begin the programming phase. The eCommerce site development typically takes 3-5 weeks from the time onboarding is completed. The online ordering system will be set up after the community’s point of sale system is installed.

eCommerce Content Collection

ServingIntel will provide you with a Guest Account for our Microsoft Teams system, enabling seamless collaboration. This account allows you to communicate via email with all project managers involved in your project and access a SharePoint site for uploading pictures and content. Your project manager will guide you through setting up and using this account.
